Pexprand random values that follow a Exponential Distribution


superclass: Pattern



Pexprand(lo, hi, length)

lo, hi lower and upper boundary of values (default: 0.0001 and 1.0)

lo and hi should both be positive or negative (their range should not cross 0)

length number of values produced  (default: inf)
