PV_RectComb make gaps in spectrum

PV_RectComb(buffer, numTeeth,  phase,  width)

Makes a series of gaps in a spectrum.

buffer - fft buffer.

numTeeth - number of teeth in the comb.

phase - starting phase of comb pulse.

width - pulse width of comb.
